Ideation

Research into Nordic real estate and fintech brands guided the early moodboards toward restraint — quiet neutrals, generous negative space, and precise grid-based type systems. Several wordmark weights were tested to find one confident enough to read as trustworthy without feeling cold, and layout studies confirmed how much white space the identity needed to feel unmistakably Scandinavian.
